Et pour promouvoir cette super course, Dan Pape de Colabo a mit en ligne un très beau vidéo du IGSA North American Championship Vernon DH 2009. C’est un évènement auquel j’ai participé l’an passé et je vous invite à aller lire ce moment très fort de mon voyage de l’été passé. Le Championnat Nord Américain de Downhill IGSA s’en vient le 12 et 13 juin prochain, c’est-à-dire ce week-end, en même temps que La course de Ste-Marie! Plus d’infos à venir cette semaine!

L’actuel Champion du monde Mischo Erban qui était auparavant commandité par ABEC11 roule maintenant pour Seismic. De plus en plus de rider change d’équipe dans le monde du longboard, rappelons nous dernièrement, Louis pilloni, qui a quitté Loaded pour Sector 9.
Remarqué sur cette photo, il ne ride plus une Evo et il n’y a plus de patch Landyachtz. Est-ce que nous apprendrons bientôt qu’il ride pour une autre compagnie de planche ?

World Cup Champion Mischo Erban joins Team Seismic – Ground Shifts in Downhill Skateboard Racing World
Boulder, CO – Seismic Skate Systems announced that 2009 IGSA World Cup Champion Mischo Erban has joined Team Seismic. The exclusive multi-year contract will support the 26-year-old Canadian downhill skateboard racer’s training and pursuit of further international victories.

IGSA-sanctioned events are the main focus of Erban’s attention, but this season he is expected to compete in other high-profile races such as Danger Bay, Jake’s Rash, Gold Rush, and Mount Washington.
